Rainbows rainbows

I'm working on a set of rainbow embroideries at the moment.  Rainbows are one of my favorite things. They feel uplifting and cheerful (even when I  dont) and something about seeing the color spectrum is so so satisfying to my brain. I had a rainbow bright bedspread and wallpaper as a child and I'm sure there is some sort of nostalgic component as well. 

What's on my worktable

I’ve been taking some time to experiment with some of the air dry clay I got a while back. I find that when I have a new idea that comes up I really need to give it some space to be (even when I have so many other things that I think I should be doing) or else it starts to drag me down and make me feel like I am a prisoner to this life of making cat dolls and teaching others to make cat dolls which of course is ridiculous!

Anyways this is a good start at something. I’m not sure if this will be the beginning of something big yet or a just a blip that I’m getting out of my system but that’s part of the adventure!

I’ve also got a batch of sweater bear ornaments that I’m stitching up to make available as custom orders for the christmas season where I’ll add whatever name and date you want to the back for any of the sweater bear lovers in your life. So stay tuned for that.

Still working on getting all my mini kits listed and pdf patterns listed which will be happening in early November.
